Sector-wide services that help individual organizations manage more effectively

CultureVolunteer: A program to increase volunteerism for member organizations. In 2011 and 2012, member organizations receive a free membership in volunteermatch.com, a nationally renowned volunteer recruiting database. Training from national and local volunteer experts helps member organizations to learn new ways to attract and benefit from today’s volunteers. CultureVolunteer is promoted by the Cultural Alliance through the “Engage Your Cool” campaign, directing interested people to www.CultureVolunteer.org to find opportunities at all member organizations.

Financial Services: A program to increase fiscal literacy and capacity of member organizations. Launched in October 2011, it includes financial education seminars and curriculum, a peer networking group to provide professional support, and a full range of accounting, business and human resource services designed to meet the unique needs of arts and culture nonprofits.
